[mkgmap-dev] [PATCH] default style: make highway=path equivalent to footway and cycleway

Hi there!

I don't see a real reason to handle highway=path in a different way than
footway and cycleway.

Especially, I think that highway=path & bicycle=designated shall be the
same as highway=cycleway when it comes to routing.

In addition, I adjusted the resolution for the path to the value of the
footway and cycleway.

So please apply the attached patch if this makes sense to you.
