[how to encode access=destination]

As far as I understand the Garmin routing algorithm, it doesn't  
normally route you through roads of lower class. Here's Alex'

. So in theory, there shouldn't be a need to encode  
access=destination, apart from maybe lowering the road's class.

Have people been routed through residential areas from higher-class  
roads with mkgmap-generated maps?
