I was a bit rushed yesterday and I've remembered a number of other things
that I haven't done.  The road length, class and flags are just
set to constant values and they will need to be set properly before
trying a large routing network.

Do you still remember your svn account details?  You can just commit stuff
to the nod branch.  I've moved server recently so they may not work any
more.
