[mkgmap-dev] generating *.tdb from *.img

Cool. I supposed it can do it, but the problem was some bug in
QlandkarteGT that it reported some error after loading and I couldn't
see anything (it's supposedly fixed in trunk).

Well, it's not so important considering that one can usually get *.img
files.
