- use new code to detect nested outer in inners - call experimental cutter only if there is no touching ring in the mp. If inner rings touch they may form holes and the new cutter doesn't handle this. - deactivate debugging code causing noise The restrictions don't matter much when calculating precomp sea but esp. complex mp tend to have touching rings.
